What to do for a couple hours

Hello. I am sure this question already been answered a few times, so I am sorry if I repeating the question but...

 

We are sailing on Constellation on 11/19 out of San Juan Pan Am Pier 4E.

The ship's departure is 11pm. We will be there around 4pm. My question is do we have time to go to Old San Juan and do a little sight seeing?

 

Can we just take a taxi?

Taxi from the airport to the ship - check in to your room - if everything is on time - then you can just walk across the street to OSJ from pier #4-E and walk around a bit to see a bit of the Old Town. You won't need a taxi from the pier.

If you are at the Pan Am pier you will need a taxi. There is nothing to walk to around the Pan Am pier.
