You can contact the Pre Concierge at norwegianconciergedesk@ncl.com or at

855-625-4283. Give them your information and what you request for your cruise. You are not contacting the concierge on your ship. We usually just ask for non feather pillows and the fridge emptied.

Thanks for the response, but I already have that information. I was wondering if the Haven Concierge on the Breakaway had a direct email address.
