Speciality dining struggle

If I were you, I would definitely keep the Teppanyaki, because the food is good and the entertainment value is even better! I would lose Moderno though and substitute Cagney's instead. Moderno was not my favourite, because I found the meat to be too rare. I have been to better Brazillian restaurants on land, for sure. I think you will enjoy Le Bistro and Cirque. The entertainment at Cirque is amazing and the food is okay.

I have done Teppanyaki on several ships and Moderno on the Dawn. I will not be doing either again as I don't believe Teppanyaki is any different or better than those we have here at home. Moderno was my least favorite specialty restaurant ever. The one I wouldn't miss for anything is Cagney's. If you are a meat lover, the steaks are amazing and so much better than the meat at Moderno.
