It seems all of deck six balcony is obstructed view. What is the obstrution and how bad is it.

 

It depends on which cabin you are in. We were in 6294 and I've attached pictures of our view/obstruction. We were one of the balconies with a 50% view. The balcony next to us would have been a 75% obstruction because the davit you see in the photos would also be blocking their site line.

5: View from balcony while standing at the railing looking to the left. (Note: The obstruction would be greater in cabin 6296 due to the davits being there!).

The Category D8 balcony cabins at the front of deck 6 on Anthem have no lifeboat in front of their balconies so are completely non-obstructed as shown in the shot below.
