joybook Posted September 1, 2016 #26 Share Posted September 1, 2016 Noticed that some if not most of the Australian based cruises for next year changed price structures yesterday. It is always interesting to keep an eye on them. One I have been watching, the cabin price went up $100pp and the OBC offer went up $50. Interesting!!!!!. That's still an increase.:)

caribill Posted September 2, 2016 #29 Share Posted September 2, 2016 (edited) I just looked at the cruise we booked yesterday to grab the Sip & Sail before it went away. Price is up $134 PP with no Sip & Sale. To see if prices went up for 3-for-free, I looked at pricing for a number of cruises on 8/30 (all with Sip-n-Sail except Australi) and looked at them again now 9/2: o Three Alaska cruises - all up $50/person o Four European cruises - three up $100/person, one up $200/person o One Trans-Atlantic - up $300/person o One Australia cruise - no change in pricing Note that the price increases applied to cabins that were and were not eligible for the Sip-n-Sail on 8/30. One can only guess if the price increases were due to demand filling up the ships or due to making the 3-for-free promotion less of a bargain. I'll check pricing again on Sept 6 when 3-for-Free starts. Edited September 2, 2016 by caribill
