Gym hours on princess?

Anyone have an idea of what the gym hours are? Can't seem to find it on the Princess website.

It varies by ship, depending on what's underneath the gym. Some machines are available before others, especially Treadmills which have the largest noise impact if there are staterooms below.

Generally it's about 6:00 or 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM however as HJH posted noisier equipment may not be available until 8-ish when located over cabins. The Royal & Regal's gyms are over the buffet & I never saw them closed.

We were on the Golden in 2013 and the gym opened at 7am

Treadmills were 7am. I believe that most everything was available by 8am

The Regal/Royal is 24hrs. Listed on the patter: 7a-10p (supervised), 10p-7a (unsupervised). It really depends on the location such as cabins located below.

They were open far earlier than I wanted to be awake and stayed open later than I had any desire to work out.

 

Children are permitted in the gym with a parent and are permitted in the locker room area without a parent.
