Can the dividers between 2 balcony cabins be removed or opened so that 2 parties can share one large balcony?

 

The official policy is no.

 

However,,,,, if you walk with your cabin steward(s), they may open it for you. Let them know to keep it open/re-open it (there are times in port when the crew open all of the dividers and walk down the length of the ship to clean balconies, then close the dividers behind them).

our divider was welded steel so no chance of removing it
