Suggestion when you keep getting the same ole cookie problem try a slice of pie or a piece of cake -or- is a pizza pie and slice of cake - whatever - time to consider REBOOTING the computer and try again. Yes it is inconvenient to reload but in most cases starting with a clean cookie pan well greased to slide off the gremlins eating those morsels holding your computer at bay from functioning. lmm1967 Posted September 12, 2016 Author #10 Share Posted September 12, 2016 Packet captures confirmed it was not my local machine - wasn't a cookie (or pie, or cake or cookie monster doing meth) issue - NCL site was unavailable for us. Looked like Akamai was having trouble replying to some ISPs (Comcast in the SE US at least). They finally seem to have figure it out.
