Cave Tubing with Kids

We are set to go to Belize in November on RC. Our children are 8 and 5 years old. My husband is too nervous to take them cave tubing. We went on our last cruise there, just the two of us. Has anyone been on a cave tour that seemed appropriate for these ages, or any that you would definitely stay away from? Just looking for additional guidance, or to know if my husband is completely right on this.

We have been cavetubing with our daughter and grandson (both are now 8 years old) twice. She was 3 years old the first time and 5 (I believe) the second. She loved it. :) I had no worries at all.
