Sun Princess 2016 Refurbishment

I've been trying to find information on the recent refurbishment along with the new beds.

 

This review is the most in depth I can fins. Can someone please confirm this is the new staterooms. If so they look far more refreshed than my recent Dawn Princess cruise. Seems the beds and the bedhead is new?

We will be on the Sun doing NW Australia on 8th Jan.2017. I am aware that Sun is one of the first ships with the new luxury beds. I don't think there are any other cabin refurbishments according to other posts I have seen.

Thank you, I'll be on the trip after yours. Its still a long while until our trips! I was on the Dawn earlier this year which seemed to have older bedheads etc shown in the photo. perhaps the sun has seen more revitalization over the years

We were on Sun just recently. That article is accurate. The new beds a beautifully comfortable.
