They didn't show them on the October 2 cruise.

Sailed Dawn to Bermuda last October. No Joy!

 

Sailed the Pearl in March. Asked the CD at the meet and greet about March Madness. She didn't sound too promising. To my amazement we got coverage of the first round games.

 

Otherwise you will get steady diet of soccer, rugby and Australian rules football.

I watch baseball on the ship on my ipad with mlbtv. Go Cubs. Was hoping for Rangers-Cubs but that fizzled. Stayed up LATE last night but went the other way for us.

NCL has contractual rights to display only certain telecasts on certain networks. If the sporting event isn't carried by a network that NCL has the right to show, the cruise director can't put it on. The March madness games you saw must have been carried on a network NCL has contractual rights to show.

We were just on the Dawn and no MLB playoff games we're shown. I know they don't have the rights to ESPN anymore either. We got some limited football and the rest was soccer.
