At the moment I'm dealing with Peruvian Local Friends (thanks for the recommendation.) They are being very accomodating to tailor our trip, and the prices seem very reasonable. At the moment I'm poring over their recommendations, tweaking our itinerary.

 

Anybody done any food tourism? I mean aside from just eating at a restaurant? Cooking class, food market?
