Decor Package through Royal Gifts

Has anyone purchased a Decor Package through Royal Gifts and requested it for embarkation day? Do they set it up before you are allowed in the rooms?

I requested the birthday decor on our Freedom of the Seas cruise in January 2016. It was in the room when we got there:)

We did the anniversary package on our first Alaska cruise, it was all set up when we first got to the room, and we went straight to the room after they made the announcement that the rooms were available. Booked the birthday decor for our cruise in January as well.

Was on majesty in march,took the in laws on a cruise. Got the bon voyage package and it was all set up before they got to room. Little side bar is it made it easier for them to find thier room with decor on outside door😀

I did the Bon Voyage décor for my April FOS cruise and it was great. Already set up before we got to the cabin around 1pm. Really nice and my mom loved it. Doing it again next April for my NOS cruise with my roommate.

Happy to hear! I am getting the birthday package and wanted it to surprise my daughter when she opened the door. Don't know if it will happen but I asked for the door magnet to be on inside of door so she doesn't see anything until she opens the door.
