yuccaman Posted October 9, 2016 #1 Share Posted October 9, 2016 Can any recent Coral Princess cruisers tell me about what kind of free/paid snacks are available at the International Cafe and La Patisserie? I understand that these locations may be a bit smaller on this ship than others, and am curious about the selection of goodies? Thanks!
zaks pack4 Posted October 10, 2016 #2 Share Posted October 10, 2016 Can any recent Coral Princess cruisers tell me about what kind of free/paid snacks are available at the International Cafe and La Patisserie? I understand that these locations may be a bit smaller on this ship than others, and am curious about the selection of goodies? Thanks! We sailed on Coral in August 2015 to Alaska. Had a fabulous time and food was good. Previously we had sailed on Emerald, Crown and Ruby, so the IC on Coral was not the same (much smaller selection). We also could not find the Patisserie, so we either missed it or it is "included" at the IC. Alaska was the main focus for us...totally amazing! Enjoy your cruise! :)
yuccaman Posted October 10, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted October 10, 2016 (edited) the IC on Coral was not the same (much smaller selection) Exactly, that's why I'm so curious! Thanks for the Bon Voyage, likewise to you, on your next adventure! Edited October 10, 2016 by yuccaman
Thrak Posted October 10, 2016 #4 Share Posted October 10, 2016 Sailed Coral on a 17 day PC transit last fall. Can't remember the selections but it met our needs. I'm sure you will be fine with what they have. Note: While IC is directly connected to the casino we never encountered any issues with smoke. Perhaps it was just the times we were there but, given that we were onboard for 17 days it seems that if there was an issue we would have noticed. Rare taxatty Posted October 11, 2016 #5 Share Posted October 11, 2016 The last time we were on the Coral the IC had cronuts every morning--that's all we cared about.
Happy2cruise Posted October 11, 2016 #6 Share Posted October 11, 2016 Their selections vary depending on the time of day. We always found it a nice spot for a coffee and treat;).

Spideysmum Posted October 11, 2016 #8 Share Posted October 11, 2016 I loved the pain au chocolat. Don't think I was tempted with anything else because they were so yummy We were on the Coral in September. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Don't recall ever seeing any food at the Patisserie. The IC was only one case for food so there wasn't a big selection. What I recall seeing was a couple of salads, some pastries and a few sandwiches, depending on the time of day, and, I believe, they had a soup of the day. I didn't pay a lot of attention most of the time.
