BigWaveDave365 Posted October 11, 2016 #2 Share Posted October 11, 2016 Are you sure about the 75 lb. minimum on the Tidal Wave slide? I've got a 95 lb. 12YO who is eating like crazy hoping to get to 100 lbs. by Christmas when we'll be on. As of last month, it was still 100 lbs., although the pictures of the sign with the height and weight restrictions looked like the numbers were very temporary. This would be welcome news if true. Jeff3504 Posted October 12, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted October 12, 2016 As of our sailing October 2, 2016 the Liberty of the Seas Cruise Compass from Royal Caribbean stated the above height and weight restrictions. My two daughters, both whom weigh less than 100 pounds but more than 75 pounds (and meeting the height requirement of 52 inches) rode the Tidal Wave numerous times with an adult to make the minimum total weight requirement and had a blast! My understanding is this weight change was implemented for the first time the week we sailed.
