We have the classic drink package. Will we be charged the gratuity for each drink we get?

Only if you get a drink that is over the package limit. Then you are charged the cost of the drink with the 18% grat added on.

Can you upgrade to a premium package once you are onboard? I think I read somewhere that Celebrity will offer a "special" price to upgrade once you have sailed.

yes, you can upgrade on board...you upgrade for the rest of the cruise. I believe the price to upgrade from classic to premium is $11.80 which includes the gratuity. If your cruise is wholy within the EU, you may have to pay VAT in addition...

We upgraded when we boarded the reflection in August. It cost us $90 each for a 10 night Mediterranean cruise plus a one off gratuity based on the $90. Can't exactly remember what is was sorry.

We upgraded to premium on a recent Alaska cruise. No discount given.

It came to about $150 for two of us for a 7 day cruise.
