New to Royal quick question

Quick question for everyone. We are new to Royal, but not cruising. We are going on the Enchantment of the Seas on October 31st, is there a formal night on the 4 night cruise? If so, what is the general dress code for a formal night?

There is a formal but it will be all over the spectrum. We never "formal" for short cruises - I wear a sundress and hubby slacks/silk shirt. You will see cocktail dresses, suits/jackets and also jeans. So really all over the place.
