Is the only way to get into Atlantis to book a tour? Can you go in to Play in the Casino and have some drink without booking anything?

Yes, play in the casino. But, that is all you will see.

It's not worth it.

Best part was the boat ride from the ship to Atlantis and back.

"It costs $4 each way and $8 round trip. It is cheaper than you can go in a taxi and more fun."
