Home Port Advisory

Ignore it. It shouldn't even let you book it. It is just there so Carnival can send out text alerts in case the ship is late to port, itinerary change, etc...

It's there so Carnival can send out texts? What? How does that even work?

Sorry Fanatic, incorrect. ;)

It's simply just an advisory. About Home Ports. Advising that not all home ports offer post-cruise excursions. And it's listed as an "open tour" with one ticket still available so it will be sure to show up to every person booked on the sailing. And then it is 99 year old minimum age because some special people try to then buy it. "I don't know what it is I'm buying, but hey it's a penny! Bargain!!"

This is all told to to me personally, direct from the shore tour dept. :)
