Upgrade to Haven on 3 day Sky?

Hi all,

My husband and I are cruising on a 3 day on the Sky, Dec 2 without the kids! I am curious if I book thru an agency can I still call the upgrade line to try to get a suite? Also, what is the average upgrade cost for the suite, if anyone knows. Thanks so much!

No havens in the sky. You can bid on a suite upgrade. We were looking at the sky for November and the suites were sold out on every sailing.
