Shore tours

We are sailing at christmas on explorer of the seas with friends and we have been looking at the tours. We want to do 1when we get to Suva. We haven't decided on which one but we have had ppl tell us to use boat which i think is safest but then we have had ppl tell us to use Sailada tours that they wouldn't use anyone but them.

Has anyone ever used them ? Do you have any good or bad reviews for them?
