Allure and Infinity just skipped Nassau - weather?

Couple other ships got in, brother in law is on the Allure but no announcement on board yet...anyone know why?

We just came off the Allure yesterday and Nassau was calm but other days we had strong winds. I can see why they would skip Nassau it's a tight harbor to get into and out of.

Could be wind. We are on the Harmony, left Nassau yesterday. We had 15-20 winds with higher gusts yesterday and today.

We were in Nassau yesterday on the Enchantment. Harmony was also there.

It was very windy yesterday and the water choppy after leaving Nassau. It was not good beach weather at all while in port due to winds. Our cab driver cautioned us about swimming yesterday due to windy conditions.

Wind gusts at Nassau today near 50 mph. Captain made decision not to try

to enter the harbor due to the size of the ship, narrow passage & being push upon the rocks at the breakwater.
