Any information or thoughts on CD Kelly Rose?

I just found out that she will be taking over as CD for Martyn Moss on the Regal. Does any one have any experience with her as their cruise director or any information to share? Thanks in Advance!

Some people really like Kelly as a cruise director, but she wasn't our cup of tea. She seemed somewhat overwhelmed and aloof. Maybe because she was new to the top job. Liked her better when she was a Deputy CD.

 

The CD doesn't make or break a cruise for us. We're happy just being at sea!

We really liked her as deputy cd on the Royal with Ron Goodman. She was very

personable. I would think she would do well as cd.

We've sailed numerous times with a Kelly as our Deputy Cruise Director and most recently a few weeks ago when she was our Cruise Director. You'll find her to be refreshing and very approachable. In fact she encourages guests to stop and chat her when they see her. She is not like many of the "stealth" cruise directors that are seldom seen except in the theater. She is always out and about and frequently leads and participates in guest activities. One of our favorites!

We normally don't care one way or the other about a CD but she definitely an improvement over the other's. She's friendly & more interactive with the passengers than any other CD.

How many times do you see the cruise directors out dancing with the people at any of the activities in the Piazza. :)
