London to Heathrow time allowance

I have 10 a.m. flight from Heathrow Terminal 3 on a Friday morning. How early should I leave hotel in So Kensington for check in (know flight closes 1 hour prior to flight)? I'm using car service for trip. Thanks

I am thoroughly convinced one can never arrive at Heathrow too early! So yeah, I'd go with the 7:00 a.m. as well.

7am is safe at 2 hrs checkin before flight and 30 min car travel plus allowance.

I would actually go a bit earlier. 7:00 gives you no leeway for road diversions or heavy traffic, and it can easily take two hours between check in and security.

 

We love South Kennsington and if I win Powerball I'll buy a flat there within a week. Where are you staying?
