Swollen feet on board

It's when the belly gets so big that we can't see our feet, that is the real scare:eek:

Mine is definitely the water, it occurs on all ships not just Cunard and I've tested it extensively as it caused me problems when I started to cruise.When I drink bottled water it doesn't occur, too much ships water and it does. Remember even if you are drinking bottled water you might be taking in ships water in other ways, such as tea and coffee, juice made from concentrate, ice and soda from a "gun" rather than a can.

 

Salt is also for a factor for some I'm sure but it doesn't affect me.

 

If you reduce the salt as others have suggested and still get puffy feet, think about the water. :)
