Staceyface1 Posted November 30, 2016 #1 Share Posted November 30, 2016 Hi there. So I have a quick question. How do I go about finding how many rooms are available on a certain cruise? I see posts around here where people say such and such of room is available. How do I figure that out? Sent from my iPhone using Forums
threecats Posted November 30, 2016 #2 Share Posted November 30, 2016 Just start a booking for the sailing you want on Carnival's web site. When it comes to room selection for a category, go to each section (forward, mid, aft), and it will tell you how many rooms of that category are available on each deck. jayscore Posted November 30, 2016 #4 Share Posted November 30, 2016 You might try Carnival Cruise Line Fare Engine. I check it to see if my category is filling up.
RWolver672 Posted November 30, 2016 #5 Share Posted November 30, 2016 Your best bet is to call Carnival. We use a PVP and he can tell us exactly which cabins are still available whereas the Carnival site will only tell you a certain number in each area. So if there are 20 available, it will only show 10. If you have a specific cabin in mind, call to see if it is available.
Sixtytwo Posted November 30, 2016 #7 Share Posted November 30, 2016 Right, buckeye, you only get shown 10 at a time. OP needs to also know that travel agencies will book blocks of rooms that they may or may not sell before they are returned to Carnival to offer. I am not truly sure if you will ever know how many cabins are available at a point in time...maybe except when you try to book one and it says "SOLD OUT"!
