Fury catamaran and snorkel

We're going on the Allure in April and am looking at several different excursions in Cozumel. Beach break - maybe. Then I saw the fury catamaran which snorkels then goes to a beach break. Anyone ever done this, specifically with kids 4&9?

Fury pros: Great snorkeling. Boat follows along since you drift from the current so no need to swim far to get back to the boat. The crew is very helpful and a lot of fun during the party when you sail back. Their private beach is really nice. Boat leaves by the cruise ship pier.

Cons: It's a bit pricey for what you get. The beach time is way too short. You can snorkel the same reef by shore from Dzul-Ha (Money Bar).

We did this back in August and had a blast, but a small child will not be good with the snorkeling, and getting onto the water toys on the beach will not happen without constant supervision and help, they are in waist-deep water for an adult.

My video:

We had a blast.... loved it, but not sure I would do this with a kid under 10 yrs old or one who cannot swim well. One parent held a young kid in the water for the whole snorkeling time, so it can be done. I just wouldn't do it.
