Hotel shuttle from Sydney airport

I am too curious to find a reliable company who will shuttle us from Sydney airport to our hotel in Darling Harbor . I have read that the companies are unreliable and never show up or pick up cash paying customers. Any suggestions?

We've done the airport to Darling Harbor hotel (Sheraton Four Points) trip twice, both times just went to the taxi line and grabbed a cab. Don't remember the cost, but it was convenient and comfortable with no worries about whether someone would or wouldn't show up.
