Is the day pass to Hotel Lapita a ship excursion? How is the snorkeling at the hotel?

 

Yes it is an excursion from the ship. Pretty little beach and if your cool with a tad of current there is some decent stuff about 100 yards off the beach and bit to your right when facing the lagoon.

 

Lunch is included and there is a small but nice pool .........

 

Next to the Lapita beach is a small dock ........... you can see coral/rocks out there ;)
