Anthem Dining Specials

Hi,

 

If we would like to eat at 2 or 3 of the specialty restaurants on the Anthem of the Seas, are there any specials on the longer cruises besides on nights one and two? If we want to eat at 2 or 3 restaurants on random nights later in the cruise, are there any specials (as past guests or in general) that we can take advantage of?
