Does anyone know what kind of amenities they give you in a Balcony Room B1?

 

Do they give you bathrobes? Bath products? Hair Dryers? What about towels for the pools?

 

Turn down service? Will they put chocolate on your pillows at night?

Yes to hair dryer, Canyon Ranch bath products, evening chocolates, turn down service, pool towels are provided, the fridge is stocked with water & soft drinks,.....

 

Didn't see any robes.....

If the robes aren't hanging in your closet - just ask your room steward.
