Where can you smoke on independence?

Outside: One side of decks 4, 11, and 12.

I was on the Indy Nov 2015 and can confirm all the above except an area on deck 12. I don't doubt Bob at all because he knows his stuff :) Hubby is a smoker and he did not find it inconvenient at all, and we are going again in April and 2 of my 3 children smoke so we will be looking for the spot on deck 12 also.

 

Just fyi, last time our cabin was on deck 9 forward, very close to elevators/stairs and if the elevators weren't busy hubby's preference was deck 4 but if the elevators were busy he took the steps to deck 11. This time we are on deck 8 in an aft cabin so I'm not sure if that will influence where they chose to go.
