molly2kit Posted January 4, 2017 #3 Share Posted January 4, 2017 Falmouth we loved Jamaica Culinary tours. Run by a couple of local women who will meet you inside the port area. It is a walking tour and we went places we would never have found, let alone ventured into. If you go don't eat breakfast as they feed you a lot. Sent from my iPad using Forums We did this a couple of years ago and it was an interesting tour. This is run by the local historical or cultural society.Definitely different than Dunn's River Falls, tubing or the like. So much depends upon your age and the level of activity you desire. kevnick0814 Posted January 4, 2017 #5 Share Posted January 4, 2017 (edited) We are on Allure 3/5/17 & also doing the Western side. We did the same itinerary this past April. If you are willing & able, I HIGHLY recommend the jet ski excursion on Labadee. This is no putt putt tour. You get to open it up, make lots of S turns, wave jumps, etc. The guides will ask you what your 'skill level' is during the pre ride meeting. 1 is very experienced, then on down. We had 9 riders. The front group can pretty much do their thing following the lead guide. The guide at the back of the group keeps an eye on those that fall behind. We are definitely doing it again in March. On Cozumel we rented an open air Jeep from a non-RCCL tour group & loved it. on Trip Advisor it is called 'Cozumel Jeep & Snorkel Tour'. The Jeep's are manual tranny so you have to have someone who knows how to drive that type. It lasts about 6 hours, and includes a lunch stop. Loved it!
