Havana Nightlife?

We are cruising to Havana in May, we will be in Port overnight. Who has been to Havana on an overnight cruise and what night clubs restaurants would you recommend, or recommend to avoid? What did you do in port on your overnight Havana cruise?

For a simple option, most of the restaurants along Obispo (the main tourist shopping street) have live music nightly.

There's also a show (Cabaret Parisien) at the Hotel Nacional.

FAC if you like nightclubs.

Weekends are better for music in Havana (like many other cities).

There may be ballet or other performances on offer on a given night at the Teatro Nacional and Gran Teatro.
