When I was on the Escape, they did not have Rumchata. I wouldn't think the price would be over $15

Officially they are supposed to let you order two drinks per transaction, so you should have no problem getting two shots and mixing them yourself (ask for whatever glassware you need, and ice etc.).

 

However, once you explain to them what the drink is (if they don't already know), I think they will be able to make it for you and ring it up as a single drink under $15. (The total volume may be less than two full shots.)
