Is there service to the airport to pick up a rental car when we get to Maui?

In Maui there is a shuttle bus that will take you to the various rental car agencies. The lines were long though to catch the bus when we went last May.

But the key question is...are you sure you are docking at Kahalui? You could also be coming ashore at Lahaina, and the rental car situation is different there.

Yes. All the major rental cars send vans to pick up folks and take them to the car lots. I went and got the car and came back and picked everyone up.
