Has anyone played Cedar Valley or Jolly Harbour lately? If so, how was the course? (Conditions, etc.) If you haven't played but passed by, how did it look? How much should a taxi cost to get there? How long would taxi ride take? Which course would you recommend?

Thanks so much. We have played JH but it has been years ago and I don't remember much about it except that it was windy. We have never played CV because we always heard it was "like a goat ranch". Thanks for the info.
