I will be staying in Barcelona for one day before the cruise.what is a must to do .What part of la rambla is a must

I would put Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell at the top of the list. You can pre purchase tickets and use taxi to go from one to the other. Then you can go to Las Ramblas. An hour might do you to walk the entire length. Add time to stop in La Boqueria.
