dolfndreams Posted January 14, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 14, 2017 I had a sister have a heart attack last January on a cruise and had a exceptional lady in guest services who has stayed on top of taking care of us both during the crisis getting home from Dominica, clean up afterwards and to forwarding last January cruise credit we hadn't used to this cruise in February which actually she noticed since I was too upset at the time. I would really like to send a commendation letter to Carnival but not sure where to send it. Does anyone have a contact address.Glanced through web site but didn't see anything specific I could use. Had stents (and new ones just last week) but the major heart damage seemed improved on this last visit for stents and she is well.
