Vista 3?

I know there hasn't been much information on this ship yet, but has anyone heard where she is being built? Someone said Norway. But I found a spot that said the same company that built the Vista and building Horizon. Hoping it's ģoing to be built in Norway that way the Inaugural Sailing will be a Baltic cruise. I know the mega ship being built in 2020 is being built in Finland so it's Inaugural will be a Baltic but may be limited on the ports cause of it using LNG as a fuel source.
