firemanbobswife Posted April 27, 2017 #26 Share Posted April 27, 2017 Ours was the first night on Vista. I told my niece to order it because she loves smoothies. I always get it because I LOVE it so I knew how it was going to be brought out. You should have seen the look on her and everyone else's faces that didn't know about the second part. I let them think for a minute that that's all there was (the waiter had served her first and there were 10 of us at the table). Then he came back with the little carafe thing. It was so funny. tropicaledrink Posted April 27, 2017 #27 Share Posted April 27, 2017 on the 6/7/8 day cruises, it should be the first night in the dining room. on 5 days or less, I'm not sure - the last short cruise I was on, they had not moved to American Table yet. Have to admit, that I had the same experience the first time I tried it. :D But I am so glad I did try it!
bury me at sea Posted April 28, 2017 #30 Share Posted April 28, 2017 Missing the strawberry bisque is the one drawback to booking the Steakhouse the first night. I enjoy all the cold fruit bisques, but strawberry is my absolute favorite.
