Cave confusion....must use NCL excursion?

confused....would like to book independent tubing exercusion Belieze..one of the oprators says he does not take NCL passengers

Is that because we cannot get to the mainland unless we take a NCL excursion?

Correct. You can only book NCL shore excursions from Harvest Caye. There is no tender service to the mainland to do independent excursions.

If you're stopping at Harvest Caye, NCL is your ONLY ticket off the island.

If you are stoping in harvest caye you are not stopping in Belize city, where most excursions run out of. In fact if you google map it you'll see that even if you could take a ferry to the mainland on your own you are still a 3 hour drive from Belize city. Harvest caye isn't really a Belize stop; cruise any other line if you would like to see Belize.

If you look at a map, rough estimate would put Belize City between maybe 80-100 miles away from Harvest Caye.
