thanks for the link, guess they dropped the maître d, and covered him under "dining room staff" Found out the fee restaurants get part of it also, we always tipped then separately 20%.

supposedly the fee restaurants cost includes a tip. Thing is though they would never tell us how much but encourage people to tip more.
