Lost Next Cruise Certificate

I've misplaced the certificate for our Next Cruise booking. The RCI site doesn't have the reservation listed. I'm hoping the certificate will turn up but has anyone had this happen? I plan on calling RCI tomorrow but was just curious.

Call Crown & Anchor, they can find the booking number for you.

Okay thanks! I'll check my email now. And then call C&A if I still can't locate the reservation number.

We bought one on a Celebrity cruise about 5 years ago. I put it in with our passports and when we had to get or passports renewed it got misplaced.

 

I guess we can call Celebrity? I feel stupid, but life happens!:eek:

I'd call Celebrity's Captain's Club, they should be able to find the info quickly.
