Sauna/Steam Room on Arcadia

Is there a free sauna and/or steam room on the Arcadia or are they just in the spa for which a cahrge is made. If so does anyone know the prices?

There is a free sauna as you go into the spa area from the Neptune pool it is on the left (port) side.
