Can anyone tell me if it is cheaper to buy the internet package before you leave home (they are offering 30% discount from onboard prices) or is it cheaper to wait till you get on board & use your Diamond Plus discount from your value booklet?

 

The discounted price prior to sailing is $11.99/day.

Depends on the length of the cruise, the level of service, and how many devices.

 

Your D+ discount is $40 off a package, so you should be able to figure out if $40 is more or less than 30% off.
