Tender tips to make stingray sailing excursion

Hello. We are sailing out of Galveston this Sunday on the Carnival Breeze. Can't wait!! On my itinerary on Carnival's website it says we are arrive to Grand Cayman at 7:00 am, not sure if that's local time or ship time or will it be the same? (this time of year Grand Cayman is on EST which is an hour ahead of Galveston) Anyways, we booked a tour with Stingray Sailing. They said to be at the Royal Watler Terminal by 9:00 am LOCAL time. How long do you think it will take us to tender into port? Should we prepare our alarm clocks to be awake and ready to go by 7:00? I'd hate for us to miss our meeting with the group because of long lines for the tender. I have no idea how any of that works. I have heard of needing a ticket to get onto the tender boat? Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
