Long wait on customer service line and website

So, I am trying to setup the configuration of our stateroom bed on the web, but the setup never saves and reverts to an unknown status. After trying it several times with different browsers, I finally called the 800 number. The hold times for a Tuesday afternoon (ET) are pretty grim...15 minutes and counting. Pretty ugly.:confused:

Don't worry about doing this in advance....even if you DO get to mark it the way you want, 90% of the time, it won't be that way when you board. Simply tell the cabin attendant when you board how you want the beds. It will be done then, and it's not a problem at all.
