On board pass cards for 3 guests

We ( me and husband ) are travelling with our dear friend (single ) in same suite

 

How will it work for her own spend card

 

Can she register her own bank/credit card for her spends on board

Like spa and drinks

Or does the cabin have to register one card for the use of 3 guests occupying same cabin

Each person can register (use) there own credit card (or form of payment) when they do their SetSail Pass online, at the terminal or even once onboard. This won't be a problem at all.

As I recall when you do your on line check in there will be a block to check if you want everybody to have charging privileges on the listed card. I have never checked it. But I assume you could check in and then have your friend register her card at embarkation.
