We recently went on a 12 day cruise to the Canary Islands. The points haven't showed up in our Latitude Rewards area. How long does it take for them to show up?

Mine have always shown up within a few days of the end of the cruise. You can contact latclerical@ncl.com if you need assistance.

Apparently points will be slow to post for a while, due to the changes to the latitudes program.

 

If your cruise was very recent then that is probably the issue.

Just checked our rewards and the new ones are finally there. Yay! We are now silver. [emoji3]
